Cloud Prep is an independent learning platform. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. Questions about this policy can go to contact@biprodas.dev.

Account

Your email address and a password, handled by our authentication provider. If you sign in with Google, we receive the basic profile details Google shares for that.

Profile

A name, phone number and profile picture if you add them in Settings, plus preferences such as theme and default practice length.

Learning data

When you are signed in: finished practice and mock-exam attempts and scores, an unfinished paper so you can resume on another device, bookmarked questions, and questions you got wrong.

Usage data

Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights count visits and measure page speed. They are cookieless and report aggregates such as pages viewed, referrer, country and device type, not a profile of you.

You can try quizzes and mock exams without signing up. In that case your progress is stored only in your own browser. It is not sent to us. If you later create an account or sign in, your bookmarks and mistakes from that browser are added to your account. Clearing your browser's site data removes the local copy.

• Sign-in cookies. Set by our authentication provider to keep you signed in. They are essential, so the site cannot keep you signed in without them.
• Local storage. Your theme choice and, if you are signed out, your practice progress.

We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and analytics does not use cookies.

• To run the service: sign you in, serve questions and score your attempts.
• To save your progress and sync it across your devices.
• To send the emails an account needs, such as confirming your address or resetting a password.
• To understand how the site is used and keep it fast and reliable.

We do not sell your personal data.

We rely on a few providers to run the service:

• Supabase for authentication, the database and file storage (profile pictures).
• Vercel for hosting and the analytics described above.
• Google, only if you choose to sign in with Google.

These providers process data on our behalf. Some of them may store or process it outside your country.

We keep your account and learning data for as long as your account exists. Deleting an account also removes its attempts, saved paper, bookmarks and mistakes. Aggregate analytics are kept by Vercel under its own retention rules.

You can update your name, phone, picture, email, password and preferences in Settings at any time. To see, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, or to close your account, email contact@biprodas.dev from the address on the account and we will act on the request.

Cloud Prep is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you think a child has given us information, contact us and we will remove it.

If we change how we handle data, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
