Terms of Service

Cloud Prep provides exam-style practice questions, timed mock exams, explanations and progress tracking to help you prepare for AWS certifications. You can use much of it without an account; an account adds saving your progress across devices.

We may change, add or remove features at any time. Quizzes, mock exams and explanations are free today. Paid plans are planned, and nothing you use now will be taken away.

Cloud Prep is an independent learning platform. It is not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by Amazon Web Services. “AWS” and the names of AWS certifications and services are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates, used here only to describe what the practice material covers.

• The questions are exam-style practice questions written to match the format and difficulty. They are not actual AWS exam questions, and we do not claim to reproduce live exam content.
• Please do not share or ask for real exam questions through the service. That breaks the rules of the exam provider.
• We take care that answers and explanations are accurate, but errors can slip in. Check important details against the official AWS documentation.
• We do not guarantee that using the service will help you pass any exam, or that a score here predicts your result.

• Give accurate information and keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us promptly at contact@biprodas.dev if you think someone else has accessed it.
• You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

You agree not to:

• copy, scrape, resell or republish the questions, explanations or other content, in whole or in bulk, without our permission;
• use bots or automated tools to access the service, or to answer or submit quizzes;
• try to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service or other people's accounts;
• use the service for anything unlawful, or in a way that harms other users.

We own, or have the right to use, the questions, explanations, design and code of the service. You may use them for your own personal study. You keep ownership of anything you provide to us, such as your profile details, and give us permission to store and process it to run the service.

How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.

We aim to keep the service running but do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. We may pause it for maintenance or changes without notice.

You can stop using the service at any time, and you can ask us to close your account by emailing contact@biprodas.dev. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost opportunities or exam outcomes arising from your use of the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any rights you have as a consumer.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use the service after an update means you accept the new terms.
